This is the best place to get your car fixed. The mechanic's are honest and do a great job. Jeremih is also great to work with and never ever gave us the runaround. I have never had any issues after we got our cars fixed here. Keep up the good work guys....you guys are awesome.
Phenomenal! I own a high end car in which everything maintenance related is an expensive pain in the A$$. I brought my car here for the first time for an urgent repair that was too time consuming for me to do on my own. The repair was done in half the time and half the price of what they originally quoted me. I'm a former jet mechanic with extensive knowledge in mechanical repairs...these guys are wizards. Thank you fellas for not emptying my pockets and for quickly getting me back on the road. Much appreciated!
I bought a car that has had nothing but issues. I always bring my car here to get it fixed. Never disappointed. They solve the issues quick and have great customer service.
I cannot speak to this companies car work, but I can speak to their Smart Start service and customer service. I have come in multiple times and then sent away because of computer problems or other issues, and the last time this happened I had to come in the next day for my download. The guy that was doing it had never done it before and told me to come back at the end of the day and leave my credit card and machine with him. He did not make my appointment on the correct date for my download, and did not tell me my appointment time so I assumed it was the time and day that it always is. The day before my usual download I got a receipt and my email saying that I had missed my appointment and owed $50. When I went in to my download today I talked to the SmartStart guy and he said yes it was their fault but there was nothing they could do and basically that I was screwed. When I told him that I am getting married in a month and cannot afford anymore bills and that I thought that they should admit to smart Start that it was their fault and resolve it, he said there was nothing that he could do and started hanging out with his buddy that had stopped by. The fact that this company feels like hanging out with your buddies is more important than solving problems that your employees have caused makes me feel angry and upset. You make me want to drink again after 2 years sober, and that is not an exaggeration. My fiance and I just moved to the area and it would of been very convenient to use your auto shop but from my experience and the talk I hear in the ship when I am there makes me not trust in your work.
Wouldn’t even give this place a one star if I could. Had my car towed to it they told me $1,170 to fix it when I can get the parts for $300. One of the workers told me he’d buy it from me for $150 but he wouldn’t be able to get the money to me for 4 days. Went past didn’t see my car, went in and the guy threw away all my stuff that was in my car and told me that I could get all my stuff out of the dumpster myself. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone they over charge.
